Setting up your order

You'll add your logo or artwork and your business details when you order. Vector files — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF — give the sharpest result at this size, and high-resolution PNGs work well too.

A transparent background is ideal, but most files don't come that way and that's fine — if yours arrives with a white box behind the logo, we remove it before printing. You don't need to sort that out yourself.

Every file gets a real set of eyes

Before anything prints, we look at your artwork. A logo that looks sharp on a business card can turn blurry and pixelated once it is enlarged to 18 by 24 inches, so if the resolution will not hold at this size we clean it up — or we call you and ask how you would like it handled. We would rather ask a question than send you something you are disappointed in.
