Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

Our items are made to order, so production time comes before transit time. Stickers, signs and personalized items are typically produced within 1–5 business days. Apparel is produced within 2–5 business days. Larger orders and orders needing artwork corrections may take longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Shipping speed

Standard, Priority and Express options are available at checkout, with current rates shown before you pay. Faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten the production time above. If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. Oversized items, including yard signs, are excluded from this offer because of their shipping cost. Any exclusion will be clear at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays, loss and damage

Once a package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands, and carrier delays are outside our control. That said, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@ponderprintco.com and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy for how that works.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped.
